Cancellation policy

Right of Cancellation

You can cancel your contractual acceptance within two weeks without giving any reason.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Dr. Michela Di Virgilio, Max Delbrück Centrum für Molekulare Medizin in der Helmholtz Gemeinschaft, Robert-Rössle-Str. 10, 13125 Berlin) of your decision to withdraw from this contract in writing (i.e. by e-mail, fax or letter). You may use the attached cancellation form, but the use of this specific form is not mandatory.
In order to respect the revocation period, your notice of revocation has to be dated (e-mail or fax) or postmarked (regular mail) no later than the 14th day following the date of your order.

Effects of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Regarding the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not bear the fees for the reimbursement.
